Reservations & Policies

	A two-night minimum is required for a weekend stay. ( We occasionally make exceptions on short term notice when there is a vacancy)
	Sunday-Thursday are available for single-night stays.
	10% discount for weekly rentals.
	A deposit in the amount of the first night's stay or 50% of the entire stay is required to make a reservation. The balance is due upon arrival.
	Cancellations must be made at least 30 days prior to arrival. No refunds will be given after this time.
	Guests who choose to shorten their stay while in residence are still subject to the cancellation policy and are responsible for the full balance due.
	We prefer payment by check or cash. Credit cards are accepted in advance ( via PayPal only)
	Check-in is 3:00 p.m. - Check-out is 11:00 a.m. (please call for earlier arrivals or for arrivals after 6:00 p m.
	Prior arrangements must be made for children and pets.
	Pets are welcome. When outside we ask you to keep them on a leash. There is a $25.00 per night charge.

RATES PER NIGHT

The Sunday Haus is $180.00 per night (double occupancy) each additional person including children $45.00 (maximum 6)

6% hotel occupancy tax will be added

Antique Week Reservations & Policies

	A deposit in the amount of the first night's stay or 50 % of the entire stay is required to make the reservation.
	The deposit is refundable up to 45 days prior to arrival ( less a $150.00 processing fee).
	Cancellations must be made at least 45 days prior to arrival. No refunds will be given after this time
	Balance must be paid in full 45 days prior to arrival to secure the reservation. Balances remaining unpaid will cancel the reservation.
	Check - in only after 4:00PM ( we advise you by phone if earlier check-in possible). Check-out not later than 11:00AM

ANTIQUE WEEK RATES PER NIGHT:

The Sunday Haus is $300 per night (based on 4 guests or less) & each additional person is $75.00 per person (maximum 6)

6% hotel occupancy tax will be added.

Sunday Haus

Our guests are advised to be careful about some of the dangers of rural living . These may include insects , snakes, scorpions, bugs, lightning , storm and hail. Wildlife can be observed and enjoyed but on occasion may be dangerous and should not be approached.

Disclaimers: Elisa's Sunday Haus will not be responsible for accidents that may happen on or off the property. Guests are advised to have their insurances in order and to take all caution to avoid harm and injury. Please inform all persons in your party of hazards they may not be aware of. Guests are responsible for the care and safety of all minor children they bring to the property. Your understanding and corporation to this matter is appreciated in advance.

Elisa's Sunday Haus & family are in no way responsible for any accidents you may have on the property . If you have an accident, your own insurance will have to cover any expenses for emergency room, ambulance, doctors or hospitals.
