Elisa's Sunday Haus
Rates: Two Persons $180.00 per night
+tax.
Each additional person (maximum 6) $ 40.00 per night +tax.
Ghost Haus
Rates: Two Persons $180.00 per night
+tax. Each additional person (maximum 5) $ 40.00 per night +tax.
Check-in: 3:00 p.m.
Check-out: Noon Can be extended upon request.
Regular Bookings:
Reservations
are confirmed upon receipt of a deposit equal to 50% of entire stay.
The balance is payable at check-in.
Should you need
to cancel: If you notify us two weeks in advance, we would be happy to
credit your deposit to another visit within 6 months or refund your deposit less
a $40.00 fee. No refund is made within 2 weeks of your scheduled arrival
unless the rooms are rebooked.
Antique Fair Bookings:
Reservations are confirmed upon
receipt of a deposit equal to 50% of your entire stay.
The balance must be paid in full by March 1st
for the Spring Show and September 1st for the
Fall Show to secure reservation. Refunds after
this date are based on ability to re-book the rooms.
No refunds will be given after March 15th/September
15th.
- All rates are based on
double occupancy.
- Additional person or child $40.00
per person.
- We are happy to offer
discounted rates for four or more nights. Exception
Antique Fair.
- We accept checks
and cash.
- Pets are welcome at the Ghost
Haus, when outside, they must remain on a leash, fee
$25.00 per night.
- Prior arrangements need to be
made for children and/or pets.
- We cannot be responsible for
injuries, loss or theft.
- Smoking is limited to
outside areas.
Guests who choose to shorten
their stay while in residence are still subject to the
cancellation policy and are responsible for the full balance
due on their reservation.
